Prices change, models get replaced and sometimes we simply get a number wrong. When that happens we fix it in the open.

How to report a mistake

Email [email protected] with the page address and what you think is wrong. A link to your source helps us check it faster.

What we do next

  1. The writer of the guide checks the claim, usually within two working days.
  2. If we got it wrong, we fix the page and update the date at the top.
  3. If the fix changes a rating or the order of a list, we say so in a note on the guide.
  4. We reply to tell you what we did, even if we decided the page was right.

Price changes

A price that has moved since we checked it is not an error. Every price on the site carries the retailer and the date we saw it. We re-check prices every month, but a sale can start or end the day after.
